Sponsorship forms for the PSHS-SA Leadership and Exchange Program Fund.
In connection with the sponsorship letter received by some students for this project, we would like to request for a confirmation of your intent to sponsor via text message to 09282790990 on or before Nov 15, 2008. The deadline for the submission of signed Sponsorship forms has been extended to Monday, Nov 17, 2008, at 4pm. You may hand them over to the SA officers, the SA co-adviser (Ms. Sheila Paz, Social Science Unit) or to the Student Services Division Office (SSD).
